My name is Mitch Willis, and I’m a licensed Florida Realtor. I’d love to invite you to get to know me better, whether you’ve known me for years or are meeting me for the first time. My life has been shaped by experiences that reflect my strong values, and I believe in offering every client a personal, caring touch. As the Apostle Paul said, "I am what I am by the Grace of God."

My Roots
I grew up in Liberty County, Florida, where everyone knew everyone, and nobody was left behind. That sense of community and caring has deeply influenced who I am. I’ve always believed in helping others, and as your Realtor, you’ll see that reflected in our interactions. My family owned a retail grocery and hardware business, where I learned one of life’s most important lessons early on: “Take care of your customers, and they’ll come back.” It worked for our family business, and it’s something I carry with me today in my real estate career.

Professional Background
Before transitioning into real estate, I served in law enforcement for 10 years. I earned a BS degree in Law Enforcement from Florida State University in 1997, and my time in that field taught me the importance of trust, integrity, and following the rules—principles that are just as critical in real estate. Upholding ethical standards in every transaction is something I’m committed to, ensuring that my clients have smooth and successful experiences.

I have had the privilege of running my family’s business, which gave me a deep connection to my community. I’ve also served as a board member for the Liberty Chamber of Commerce for 15 years and on the Bristol City Council. These roles have expanded my understanding of how a property’s location can affect its value and use, giving me the ability to provide valuable insights to my clients.

What You Can Expect
When you work with us, you can expect a smooth, stress-free process. My goal is to make buying or selling a home enjoyable. We’ll work at your pace, and you’ll never feel rushed or pressured into decisions you’re not comfortable with. Heather, my wife and business partner, is always ready to help with staging your home for sale, ensuring you present it in the best possible way.

My laid-back and compassionate personality helps me connect with clients and truly understand their needs. At the same time, I’m a strong advocate for my clients during negotiations, always ensuring they are represented with integrity. My background in law enforcement has ingrained in me a strong commitment to professionalism and the legal standards that guide real estate.

Personal Note
On a personal note, I’ve been married to my beautiful wife, Heather, for 26 years. She is undoubtedly the “better half” of our team, handling social media and serving as the guest relations manager for Breathe Easy Rentals and Easy Vacation Services. We also have a wonderful daughter who is a licensed cosmetologist and is working towards becoming a Florida Realtor.

Counties We Serve
We proudly serve Gulf, Washington, Calhoun, Holmes, Jackson, Bay, Walton, Escambia, Liberty, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Franklin, Gadsden, Leon, Wakulla, and Jefferson counties. It would be an honor to work with you and help you achieve your real estate goals.

Hi, I’m Courtney!

I’m excited to officially begin my real estate journey with Mitch and Heather at LPT Realty!

For the past several years, I’ve built my career helping others as a healthcare professional, where I’ve learned the importance of compassion, communication, advocacy, and truly putting people first. As a wife, mom, fitness enthusiast, and someone who loves building meaningful relationships, serving others has always been at the heart of everything I do.

Real estate is an exciting new chapter because it allows me to combine my passion for helping people with my love for community, homes, and creating lasting connections. Whether someone is buying their first home, finding their forever home, or making a new investment, I want to be a trusted resource who helps make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow alongside Mitch and Heather and to be part of the amazing team at LPT Realty. I can’t wait to meet new people, build relationships, and help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Here’s to new beginnings, big dreams, and helping others find a place to call home.

Hi there, I’m Heather Tye. For the last 30 years I have been a stay and work from home mother of 7 children. Originally from South Mississippi, I moved to the Panhandle in 2002 and although I had the chance to move back to my hometown on a few occasions, this area has seeped into my soul and now this is home. My husband and I recently graduated the last of the children from high school and they are all making their own paths, creating careers, and starting families of their own.

Over the last several years my husband and I created a successful handyman business and in the process of that began to buy our own investment properties. I fell in love with creating spaces for clients with their remodeling projects and making thriving homes out of run-down places that had long been given up on. There is something so rewarding about taking part in renovating a property, one that has no future, and seeing what it can become or watching a client walk into a home or space that they had a vision for and upon seeing the renovated work, instantly make it their own private sanctuary. I believe my ability to see someone else’s vision of a space, positions me to be able to assist you in finding your perfect place. My job in helping you find just the right property is one I take very seriously, because at the end of the day, your home should be the place where you feel most comfortable and reflect who you are. I am thrilled to represent LPT and Hudson Willis Group where we all have the same goal: to serve YOU.

I love crafting, writing, designing, and singing. I am actively involved with our local church and at the center of it all, faith is my foundation. I love my children dearly and I am also loving seeing them create their own lives while my husband and I are creating ours. We love to travel and we love to explore areas close to us for “staycations”. We take pride in where we are from. We believe it is a truly special place and we hope you will feel the same way.

For those of you that don’t know me I would like to introduce myself and for those of you that do know me this information will probably give you the opportunity to have a deeper glimpse into who I am!
My name is Mitch Willis, I am a licensed Florida Realtor and I want to invite you to get acquainted with me.
Throughout my life I have never met anyone that I could not talk to so I would like to share a few details about who I am. I believe this short bio will give you a snapshot of the person I am and how I became that person (but there is a disclaimer; I will submit this from the writings of the Apostle Paul: I am what I am by the Grace of God!)
I was blessed to be reared in a small county of Liberty in Florida where everybody knew everybody, and nobody was a nobody. Neighbor looked after neighbor, and I cherish that background. It has shaped my attitudes of positivity toward others. As your Realtor, I believe you will recognize this attitude in me as we interact. I was raised by a wonderful family who operated a retail grocery and hardware business. I had a job there early on and I recall very vividly the rule of “take care of your customers and they will come back.” And yes! It worked! Many of those faithful customers became our best friends. I would count it a privilege and honor to be your Realtor and then for us to remain friends.
Before this present career path into real estate, I served in law enforcement for 10 years, having earned a BS degree in Law Enforcement from FSU in 1997. This profession encouraged me to be sensitive about when to trust and when not to trust. It also taught me that whatever profession one chooses….there are laws and rules to follow. Upholding the ethics that govern real estate transactions is so necessary for good outcomes. I think you will appreciate that desire in me.
Another highlight of my earlier career paths was the opportunity to own for several years the retail business of my family. This brought a new perspective to my life that continues today, namely the need to be involved in community. I am currently the President of the Liberty Chamber of Commerce of which I have been a member for 15 years. I also served on the Bristol City Council. These positions have expanded my understanding of the needs of the community. I have become very aware how physical location of property affects its use and value. As your Realtor, I will always give you my best advice based on my personal experiences and observations.
Now as a personal note, just because you might be curious……
Heather, my beautiful wife, and I have been married for 23 years; She is the “better half” no doubt of this duo. We have a wonderful daughter who is in college. Heather and I own Willis Home Daycare and we operate this business out of our home. Such fun!!!!! Now you understand why I keep a smile on my face even when it is not “picture” time and why I generally beg of you to let me show you that new home or property during the hours of 8-5 while daycare is in full swing!

Helping others has always been at the heart of what I do. Right after high school, I earned my cosmetology license and spent years as a stylist, not only helping people feel beautiful on the outside but also uplifting them through heartfelt conversations in my chair. It was more than a job—it was a ministry.

Growing up, I watched my dad become one of the most well-known and respected realtors in our community, and I saw firsthand how he and my mom turned real estate into their own ministry—guiding, serving, and making a difference in people's lives. Inspired by their passion, I knew I wanted to help others in the same way.

I pursued my real estate license, and within just three months, I had my first home under contract and my first listing. Now, I look forward to helping you take the next step—whether that’s buying your first home and walking you through each step of the journey or selling your home as you move on to new adventures. Real estate is more than a transaction to me; it’s an opportunity to serve, support, and celebrate with you every step of the way!

I'm Pamela "Pam" Detweiler, and I've called Blountstown home my whole life. Before real estate, I spent 24 years teaching in Calhoun County schools — which means half the families I work with, I already know. The other half get the same thing my students always did: clear, patient explanations, and nobody rushed into a decision they're not ready for.

I help people buy, sell, and relocate across the Florida Panhandle, with a particular focus on Blountstown, Bristol, Altha, Clarksville, Kinard, Grand Ridge, and Marianna. That includes first-time home buyers navigating the process for the first time, and downsizers moving into the next chapter — two groups who tend to have the most questions and deserve the most time.

Because so much of this area is rural, I spend a lot of time helping buyers understand things city agents rarely deal with: USDA loan eligibility, well and septic basics, land and acreage, and what a property's flood zone actually means for insurance. If you're relocating here from somewhere else, I'll walk you through what daily life is really like in a small Panhandle town — not just the listing photos.

I work with the Hudson Willis Group at LPT Realty. Outside of real estate, you'll find me with my husband and youngest son (and our dog, Gracie), or at church. If you're thinking about buying, selling, or just want a straight answer about the local market, I'm happy to talk it through — no pressure, no rush.
